These stats are eerily similar aren't they? Every mediocre team has one. A high priced defence men under contract that doesn't play. Only Montreal seems to have a better one than the Capitals.

Tomas Vokoun was recently spotted with an extra large bottle of Deflect thinking that this would help him save a shot but nobody told him it was just a diet supplement and had nothing to do with the fact that he can't stop a beach ball right now.
